1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing virtual packages, ranks, or services from the Piglin SMP online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not make a purchase.

2. Virtual Goods & Store Policy

All items and ranks purchased through this store are virtual goods. They carry no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for physical currency or assets. These virtual goods are licensed to your Minecraft account for use exclusively on the Piglin SMP server.

3. Automatic Delivery & Requirements

Purchased items are processed automatically and delivered to your designated Minecraft account in-game. To ensure successful delivery, you must:

• Provide your exact, case-sensitive Minecraft Java Edition username at checkout.
• Ensure you are connected or able to connect to piglinsmp.net.
• Allow up to 5–15 minutes for the automated system to process and deliver your items. If a purchase does not arrive, please contact our support team on Discord rather than opening a dispute.

4. In-Game Rules & Punishments

All players, including paying customers, must abide by the rules of Piglin SMP at all times. Purchasing ranks or keys does not exempt you from moderation. If you violate server regulations, you may still be muted, kicked, or permanently banned. No refunds or compensation will be issued for ranks or items lost due to account moderation or server bans.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding chargebacks and payment disputes. Opening a dispute or chargeback via PayPal or your credit card company will result in the immediate and permanent ban of your Minecraft account and IP address from the Piglin SMP server and store database. Your access to the server will only be restored if the dispute is resolved in our favor or the payment is fully recovered, plus any administrative fees incurred.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Piglin SMP is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, update, reset, or close the server, its database, or virtual items at any time for maintenance, balance, or technical reasons. Ranks and virtual items will not be refunded or compensated in the event of database loss, server modifications, or closure.

7. Affiliation Warning

Piglin SMP is not affiliated with, authorized, endorsed, or supported by Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or Notch Development AB. Any purchases go directly to supporting the operation and development of the Piglin SMP server.
