Refund Policy

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of virtual ranks, commands, and server features, all purchases made on the Piglin SMP Store are final and non-refundable. Once transaction approval is received from PayPal and items are dispatched to your Minecraft username in-game, the service is considered fully rendered.

2. Modifying or Closing Server Access

Server items and ranks are virtual benefits provided on a voluntary basis. Ranks and items will not be refunded or converted to physical currency if the server undergo resets, resets player profiles, undergoes layout changes, modifies rank perks for balance purposes, or permanently shuts down.

3. Server Rule Violations & Moderator Action

If your account is banned, muted, or restricted in-game due to violating Piglin SMP server rules, you will not receive a refund for any active or past purchases. Purchasing virtual goods does not guarantee immunity from moderator enforcement, and you remain responsible for maintaining standard behavior on our platforms.

4. Accidental Double-Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the exact same package twice due to checkout page loading delays or database communication issues, please do the following:

• Do not open a dispute with PayPal or credit providers (as it triggers an automatic system ban).
• Contact our administration team on our official server Discord within 48 hours of the transaction.
• Provide both payment transaction IDs and details of the double charge.
• Our administrators will review the logs, and if a double purchase is confirmed, we will issue a direct refund for the duplicate transaction or credit your server profile with an equivalent bundle.

5. Dispute Bans

Any player who files a chargeback, claim, or payment dispute with PayPal or card operators will be permanently banned from the Piglin SMP Minecraft server and store network. This ban will cover all associated IP addresses, account usernames, and emails to preserve server financial security.
